We want you to be able to relish in the awesome that is your wedding day! You've spent so much time planning, let us help you sit back and enjoy all the moments once it's finally here. Turn off your brain and let us guide you through the day. We will handle all the behind the scenes details so you can enjoy your people, your new spouse, and get your party on. This package starts about six weeks before the wedding and includes an in person meeting to review all the details, vendor recommendations, detailed day of event timeline, onsite rehearsal coordination, a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit, and coordination of vendors and setup details as well as access to our online planning tools to help keep you organized. And a secret flask full of fun, just in case you need something to take the edge off. | prices starting at $2100

partial planning

This package is a little more in depth than the wedding day management, but not quite full planning. We will all sit down together once a month (or every other month, or every couple weeks ... we can work those specifics out later) and talk wedding. We will help you break things down into smaller pieces so it's more manageable, and offer ideas, suggestions and recommendations for whatever you need. We will, literally or figuratively, hold your hand through this process. We'll leave each meeting with to-do lists for each of us, with a deadline of the following meeting. This package includes both the Getting Started and Wedding Day Coordination packages, as well as access to our online planning tools to keep everything in one place. There are no travel fees for weddings in the continental US, we just ask that you cover lodging for us. | prices start at $3400

full service planning + event design

Services start one year before your big day and include, but aren't limited to, event design, venue scouting, vendor coordination, timeline & logistical details, rehearsal management & wedding day coordination. If it's wedding related, it's probably included. All decisions are up to you, the couple, but I will do the leg work while you sit back with your person and enjoy the love. | packages start at $8,000

a la carte items

Sometimes you just need a little extra help in this process, but not necessarily all the big packages. Here are one off items that we can help you with. No additional packages are required to book the following, however these can all be added to the Wedding Day Management plan (with maybe a discount if you want to build your own plan).

  • Getting started | ​Now that you're engaged, and you've hopefully taken some time to sit back and enjoy that once in a lifetime feeling, the idea of planning this huge event might be a little overwhelming. That's where we come in. We'll start with a bit of homework, figure out what your priorities are, and figure out where to best spend your money. You get two to three meetings where we will help you figure out your wedding vision, narrow down the choices, and put together a custom planning timeline to get you through the rest of the process. We'll break down the planning process into more manageable pieces, and help take all the unknown and overwhelming away. This package can be done via chat if you are located outside of the PNW area. $450

  • Fashion help | Let's play dress up!! I am not a fashion expert, but I've been to a good many weddings. I would love to help you find some threads that help you feel comfortable, confident, and glowy with love on your big day. One of you, both of you, all of you ... this is a fun day (or six) out! I can help you find the right places to go, send you online suggestions, be your buddy and confidence builder, and generally figure out how to make this part fun for those of us who hate shopping. $250

  • Hourly consults | Sanity check, yo. We can meet via phone, video chat, or happy hour, and talk weddings. We'll figure out how to keep you calm and chill, and remind you of the reasons you're doing all this work. We can do this. Seriously. You're getting married!! $75/hr

  • Individual one-month consulting | I will be your sidekick for anything you may need relating to this awesome wedding you've got coming up. You have 30 days to pick my brain, vent, cry, or get your OCD - I am here for you. Via email, text, or the miracles of online chats. $500

  • RSVP Management | Using our online planning software, we will take your guest list, input it into our RSVP management system, and track all your guest responses, menu choices, and any other info you may need. $250

  • Skull rentals | I have a lot of skulls and I like to share them. Price includes local (Seattle area) delivery and next day pickup. $100 discount if you have booked our services for your wedding, anywhere in the world! $250

  • Timeline + Logistics | Get all the wedding things out of your head. Then I'll ask you for even more details; things that you probably didn’t know you needed to know. We'll go through all the steps of the final 'wedding day management' meeting - including vendor coordination and follow up, logistics, advice, and recommendations - then we will make you a thorough master timeline to help your day run as smoothly as possible. You can hand it off to the person of your choosing, or just trust in the system. $250

  • Vendor Recommendations | I've been around the wedding block for a few years now, and I know some people. Not everyone is a good fit, and that can make or break your day. Let me take some time to get to know you, get a vibe on your style and personalities, and help you find the right team to make this day the best possible day it can be. When your vendors are having a good time, it ups the party level for you and your guests. Trust me. I've seen it happen. $150

  • Venue Scouting | Over a 30 day period of time, we will help guide you through the process of scouting, choosing, and booking your wedding site. Recommendations, up to 10 site visits, and final contract review are included. $250
